PRODUCTS CHARACTERISTICS

(1)  Completely fireproof. It does not burn itself, nor will it cause fire, and the flame will not produce toxic smoke and gas when it burns.

(2)  Strong overload protection. The BTTZ mineral insulated cable will not be damaged, if it exceeds the current rating as long as its heat does not reach the melting temperature of copper (1083℃).

(3)  Resistance to high temperature. The highest operating temperature of BTTZ mineral insulated cable can reach 250℃ in normal time, because the melting temperature of magnesium oxide is 2800℃, and the melting temperature of copper is 1083℃.

(4)  Moisture-proof, anti-corrosive, explosion-proof. BTTZ mineral insulated cables have seamless copper tubing and sealed cable terminals, it can effectively block most oil, water, gas and flame.

(5)  Long service life. Magnesium oxide and copper can withstand aging; the service life of common cable can reach more than 3 times.

(6)  Environmental protection. Even if the BTTZ mineral insulated has been put into the flam, and the temperature of the flam close to the melting point of copper, it would not produce smoke, halogens or toxic gases.

(7)  Radiation resistance, anti-electromagnetic interference. After irradiation, the resistance value of conductor and insulation will not change. It has a seamless and sealed copper sheath, making it one of the best shielding materials for use in nuclear facilities, computer rooms, power distribution and control rooms and other important applications.

(8)  Small in size and light in weight. Compared with ordinary cables, BTTZ mineral insulated cable has a 60% reduction in volume and a 30% reduction in weight.

(9)  Good grounding performance, copper sheath can provide good grounding performance, do not need a separate earth wire.

(10) BTTZ mineral insulated cable has some defects, such as high hardness, cannot water, joints, expensive      

     accessories, etc.
