Regarding the products quality, in order to let customers feel safe to use our cable products,hereby make the follow promise:

1. Electricaltechcenter guarantees that the products are in conformity with National Standards, International Standards, Enterprise Standards or Customer Requirements.

2. Electricaltechcenterpromises to research, development, production, sales, package and deliver the products according to the sales contract or customer requirement.

3. Electricaltechcenter has a strong design, research, development and production capacity, is willing to provide you with customized products and OEM & OBM services.

4. Electricaltechcenter can provide free technical consultation, construction guidance and other services.

5. Electricaltechcenter can provide construction and installation guidance service on site.

6. Under normal working environment and operating conditions, Electricaltechcenter’s warranty period is one year, and the service life of the cable is over 30 years. If the quality or safety accident is caused by the quality problem of our products, Electricaltechcenter will replace or repair them as soon as possible, and bear the related expenses caused thereby.

7. If our products have any quality problems during installation and use, then Electricaltechcenter will provide the

door-to-door service if available, as soon as we receive the telephone, fax or other files from the customers, if the site in Hubei province, we can arrive to the site within 24 hours; if the site in Chinese mainland, we can arrive to the site within 3 working days; if the site in outside of China, we can arrive to the site within 5-7 working days.

8. Electricaltechcenter has built the after-sales service department, has a professional after-sales service team, all staff are from the technology R&D development department, quality inspection center, production department, general management department and sales department (including the international trade department), "Gold cup and silver cup are not as good as the reputation of customers", everything is for the customer all to customers, Electricaltechcenter will try our best to provide the over-value products and warmly service to the customers.
