PRODUCTS CHARACTERISTICS

(1) Fire protection. BBTRZ cable adopted the mica tape and extruded composite insulation, used the refractory 

mortar insulation fire protection, new materials products can be passed the test of the BS 6387 standard C level 80 minutes under 950℃ flame for electricity without breakdown, W650℃ flame under 15 minutes after 15 minutes under the water drench without breakdown, class b test under 15 minutes under 950℃ flame tap without breakdown.

(2) Flexible. BBTRZ cable’s conductor is made of copper wire stranded, the insulation is made of mica tape and extruded composite material, the refractory clay is used for heat insulation and fireproof material and non-halogen low-smoke flame retardant sheath material, the softness of the product is better.

(3) Environmental protection. BBTRZ cable has a combustion transmittance of over 80% (the standard is 60%), meeting the requirement of low smoke. As the cable insulation and sheath materials are inorganic compound materials, there is no usual PVC material. Therefore, even under fire conditions, no acidic gas is emitted and no halogens are produced.

(4) Safety. It can supply power in flames, start firefighting equipment, reduce fire losses, and is especially reliable for personal safety.

(5) Long service life. Inorganic insulation material can withstand high temperature, and not easy to aging, its life is many times higher than the organic insulation cable.

(6) Easy installation. Cable joints few or no joints, compared with magnesium oxide fire cable, construction is convenient, and installation cost is low.

(7) Good economy. Due to the production technology is advanced and the installation is simple, the true comprehensive cost is more than 30% lower than the cost of oxidized insert mineral insulated cable under the same conditions.

(8) Warm prompt: When multiple BBTRZ cables are buried directly, they should not exceed 6 cables. The distance between cables should be pulled as far as possible to give enough cooling space to cables. Before laying BBTRZ cable, fully consider the heat dissipation performance of soil, sand, cable trough or cable tube around the cable, and be sure to correct the thermal resistance coefficient of cable, so that BBTRZ cable can be used normally, safely and for a long time.
